Run the program.Not the paperwork.

One place for your roster, your schedule, your live stats, your film, every parent and player you need to reach, and a fundraiser that keeps the money in the program instead of handing a fifth of it to a vendor.

The situation

A head coach runs five jobs. Four of them are not coaching.

Every program we walk into is holding the same stack together by hand. None of it is hard. All of it is time you would rather spend on the water.

Roster and clearance
A spreadsheet that never matches the athletic clearance list.
Schedule
A shared Google Calendar that half the families never subscribe to.
Stats
Someone's parent keeping goals and steals in a notebook, typed up later, if ever.
Communication
A group text for parents, a different one for players, and your personal cell as the help desk.
Fundraising
A platform that takes roughly twenty percent and makes your athletes type in contacts by hand.
This is not a criticism of how any program is run. It is what happens when five separate tools are the only option.
Before this meeting

It is not a demo. It is your account, and it is already waiting.

These are real screens from SnapStats, captured this morning. Carlsbad High School is a live program, your three levels are built, and your invite is already sent.

ALREADY BUILT Three teams live under Carlsbad High School, with room for 60. The zeros are your rosters, waiting on you.
A program wide announcement room is open now, and Parents and Players rooms are created for each of the three levels; those fill in as the rosters land. The levels are set up as boys teams and the colors are our best read, not the school's official file. Both take a minute to change once you tell us what is right.
On the deck

Stats that are done when the game is done.

Someone on your bench taps the game in real time on a phone or a tablet. Goals, assists, steals, exclusions, sprints won, saves, quarter by quarter. And on the nights nobody is free to do that, you send us the film instead.

01 · DURING

Families follow live

Parents at work and grandparents out of state watch the score and the box score move without anyone texting an update.

02 · OR FROM FILM

Record it, we stat it

Film the game and hand it to us. Our statters break it down and the numbers land in your season exactly as if they had been tapped live. An add on service, so you are never stuck without stats.

03 · SEASON

A real record

Every athlete builds a verified season of numbers instead of a coach's memory and a highlight clip.

04 · RECRUITING

Something to send

A college coach gets a profile with the numbers behind the film, not a parent's edited reel with no context.

Communication

Your cell phone stops being the help desk.

Practice moved. Pool time changed. Bus leaves earlier. Right now that is a group text you retype three times and a handful of parents who still miss it.

PROGRAM

Announce once

One post reaches every family across all three levels. Announcement only, so nobody can start a forty message thread under it.

PER TEAM

Parents and players, separate

Each level has its own Parents room and Players room. What you say to sixteen year olds is not what you say to their parents.

CHANNELS

Push, email and text

The message goes out on the channel that family actually reads, not just the one you happened to pick.

RECORD

You can prove you said it

Every announcement is on the record and searchable, which matters the week a family says they were never told.

Roadmap

Social posts your program does not have to write

The platform already knows when a game goes on the schedule, when you win, when a fundraiser opens and when an athlete hits a milestone. The next step is turning those moments into ready to post graphics and captions for the team's Instagram, so the program's feed keeps up with the season without anyone staying up to build it. Not built yet. It is on the roadmap and your input would shape it.

Rosters and parent links carry across the whole platform, so a new athlete is added once and lands in the right rooms, the right schedule and the right stat sheet.
Fundraising

The twenty percent question.

The dominant platform in high school athletic fundraising takes roughly a fifth of what your families and your community give, and can take more when a participation goal is missed. Your athletes still have to assemble the contact list by hand.

WHAT THEY CHARGE

A cut of every dollar

The fee scales with your success. The better your community responds, the more the platform makes off a donation that was meant for your program.

WHAT THEY MAKE YOU DO

Rebuild the roster by hand

Each athlete sits down and types in twenty contacts, because the platform has no idea who is on your team or who their parents are.

We already hold your roster, your parent links and your consent status. That is the part nobody else starts with.
Our model

Zero percent of the donations. A flat fee to launch.

Donations run through your program's own payment account. The money never passes through us, so we do not take a percentage of it. We charge a flat ninety nine dollars to launch a campaign, which includes a text message allowance for the outreach.

Typical athletic fundraising platform
~20% of every dollar

Taken off the top of what your families give, before your program sees any of it.

ON $20,000 RAISED, THE PLATFORM KEEPS ~$4,000
SnapStats.app
0% of every dollar

Plus a flat $99 to launch the campaign. Standard card processing is charged by the payment processor directly to your account.

ON $20,000 RAISED, WE KEEP $99

$20,000 is an illustrative figure chosen to make the comparison readable, not a projection of what your program would raise.

How a campaign actually runs

The roster is the campaign.

STEP 01

Set the goal

You set a target and a window, and say what the money is for. Coaching stipends, tournament fees, equipment, team gear.

STEP 02

Every athlete gets a page

Each kid on the roster gets their own donation page automatically, rolling up to the team total. No manual setup per athlete.

STEP 03

Reach the list

Supporters get the ask by email, text and push. Opt outs are honored permanently and automatically.

STEP 04

Watch it come in

You see donations land in real time by athlete and by team, and the money settles into the program's account.

The thing no other fundraising platform can do: the donation ask sits next to the athlete's real stats and their real highlights. A grandparent in another state is not giving to a logo, they are giving to a kid whose season they can watch.
What we need from you

Four small things and you are running.

01

Accept the invite already sitting in your inbox

We sent it to mulveym1@gmail.com from our dev team this morning. One click and you are club admin over the whole Carlsbad High program. Nothing is live for you until you accept it, so that click is the actual starting line.

02

Confirm the teams

We built Varsity, JV and Frosh Soph on the boys side. If you are running the girls program as well, or instead, we rename and add in a few minutes.

03

Your roster, however it exists

A spreadsheet, a clearance export, a photo of a list on a clipboard. We do the import and the parent links, you do not.

04

The date your fundraiser has to be live

That single date tells us what we need to have finished and when, and it is the one thing we cannot guess for you.

Let's get the Lancers in the water.

Give us the email address and the date. We will have the program set up and the roster loaded before your first practice.
